Spine Platform

One architecture for connected business work.

Fabric provides shared context. Workbench brings it into role-aware work. Twin helps people understand and prepare. Runtime governs authorized execution and observed outcomes. Connected capabilities extend that architecture.

Deep Dive

Five layers of the SpineWorkspace.

Scroll to explore each layer of the architecture that adapts to your tools.

Spine Fabric

Relate records to the work they belong to

Connect people, accounts, goals, events, evidence, decisions, tasks, and outcomes. Source systems retain their authoritative roles.

Relationships across business entities and work
Sources, freshness, conflicts, and missing evidence
Identity, roles, policy, and authorized scope
Continuity across tools and work sessions

Spine Workbench

Bring context into a shared working surface

People work with responsibilities, records, evidence, decisions, and next steps. Role and task determine which context belongs in view.

Views organized around goals and responsibilities
Related records and evidence close to the task
Shared preparation, review, and coordination
Role-appropriate context across business functions

Spine Twin

Investigate, prepare, and coordinate with context

Twin helps compare evidence, identify missing information, prepare options, and coordinate work. Coworker preparation stays within authorized scope.

Investigate situations using available evidence
Prepare summaries, options, tasks, and proposals
Proactive preparation without assumed execution authority
Durable work context across models and tools

Connected capabilities

The apps, files, and conversations you already use

Connect supported systems and capabilities under explicit permissions. Availability, supported operations, and provider limits depend on each integration.

CRM, finance, support, projects, and knowledge sources
Provider-specific permissions and supported operations
Source freshness and connection health
Capability access remains distinct from authority to act

Spine Runtime

Authorize execution and reconcile what happened

Consequential actions need the appropriate human or policy authority. Observe effects, handle partial outcomes, and retain evidence of the decision and result.

Explicit authority for consequential actions
Reviewable decision and execution evidence
Policy and role boundaries appropriate to the work
Observed outcomes and supported corrective work

Platform questions

The tools keep the record. The workspace shows the work. A person decides.

Does SpineWorkspace replace our tools?

No. The tools you already use keep the record: customers, tickets, billing, contracts, and approvals. SpineWorkspace shows the work. The evidence for this person and this task stays evidence. Twin's draft is not the record.

What are the Workspace and Twin?

The Workspace brings goals, responsibilities, evidence, decisions, and next steps into a shared work environment. Twin helps investigate, prepare, and coordinate work using authorized business context. Consequential actions remain subject to the right authority and policy; source systems keep their authoritative roles.

How is SpineWorkspace different from a CRM or a dashboard tool?

A CRM, a billing system, or a ticket tool holds the truth. SpineWorkspace does not replace that record. It assembles the context for this person and this task, and Twin prepares a proposal. Nothing becomes a decision until a person accepts it.

Does Twin act on its own?

Twin can help proactively gather authorized context and prepare work, including in Coworker mode. Preparing a proposal does not grant authority to execute it. Consequential actions require the applicable human or policy authorization, and outcomes must be observed and reconciled.

How many apps can I connect?

Connection scope depends on the supported provider, permissions, deployment, and agreed evaluation. The integrations page describes system categories and examples. Discuss availability and limits for your actual tools with the team.

Is my data secure?

The security model is organized around identity, policy, access scope, data boundaries, and decision evidence. Verify configured controls, provider processing terms, and deployment evidence for your evaluation. This website does not claim an independent security certification; the security pages explain what to review with the team.

Can I start with just the Workspace?

Discuss a bounded evaluation around your goals, tools, and work practices. The product page explains the workspace features and how Twin participates; commercial scope and availability are agreed with the team.

What are Session Summaries?

When you work with Twin, a session summary records what was discussed, what was proposed, and what a person accepted. A summary is context for later work. It does not replace the record.
